Highlights from the soccer games this weekend. Don't know why soccer starts in August. It was a 100 degrees out there, and the boys still managed to play tough.

Took Oliver into the vet today to get caught up on his shots and to get fixed. Guess he will come home all drugged up with a cone on his head, poor guy. But I guess this means his license will be cheaper, and he won't pee on everything. There's the silver lining.

Getty Villa

Getting ready for a fieldtrip with my jr. highers, so I went to the Getty Villa in Malibu to get a feel for it before I bring my classes. I have never been before and didn't realize the extent of the collection of greek and roman sculpture there. My mom and I had a really nice time. We recommend doing the headset tour, and getting the chicken wrap at the cafe.

Went to the beach today with 3 boys and I didn't bring my camera. I just needed a break from lugging it around. I love it, but its big. Been thinking aobut these girls though, off at surf camp for a few days. Hope they are having fun. Miss mine.

Just a few highlights from our week on Catalina Island. We had a nice relaxing week and took lots of pictures. We layed in the sun and swam in the ocean and ate lots of ice cream. Good Times!

It's a tradition to go to the fair every year, no matter if you have a stomach bug or not. Of course, none of the food sounded anygood, so that was a relief for my wallet. Thanks Jill and Co. for putting up with my lack of energy, and thanks everyone for being my photography subjects, had to document that we were there and had some fun.
